I just returned from my first international trip to Thailand and it was amazingly co-ordinates by Pickyourtrail. It was a fully customised trip. Mr. Rishikesh Ujjawal from Pickyourtrail team helped me plan the entire trip. I brought so many changes everyday and he did everything without any hesitation. A big shout-out to him. After reaching thailand I didnt have to worry about a single thing. From already booked hotels, to drivers waiting in our hotel lobby as we come out everything was extremely well co-ordinated by them. Even the last moment activities that I wanted to add sitting in Thailand were very smoothly arranged by them. The trip was supervised and communicated to us by them via WhatsApp with 24*7 instant replies to whatever doubt we had. Highly recommend. Thank you so much to the whole PYT Team for really making our holiday hassle-free. And thank you for making our Thailand trip sooo special.

I booked my honeymoon to Singapore and Thailand for a total of 8 days in PYT. Thanks to PYT, we had a wonderful and amazing experience. Everything is well planned and the PYT support team will remind you the activity for each day in the PYT app. The PYT app is mind blowing. You can select the destination and the app will list out the activities (with detailed description of the activity) to select for each day. Guys, you can customise ur trip all on ur own. Also, if you wish to explore on ur own, the PYT app will list out the Top 50 attractions in the city to lookout for and you can use it for further planning. After booking the trip, the PYT app will list out the entire itenary in the calendar which is really useful. Round the clock travel concierge chat support is awesome. You can post ur queries and the team will get back you immediately. It also hs a predefined packing checklist, average expense for a person the country fr a day, currency converter, weather forecast, socket details, souvenir and food shops to check out, journal to log ur experience for the day and many more. You dont need google anymore. Travel becomes easier, When there is a single app to use for all your travel needs. Hats off to the PYT app design and development team for giving us a great app. One suggestion - it would be great if you can have the option of saving the offline map details of the city we are travelling to in the PYT app. It will take the entire user experience to a whole another level. (I didnt use google during my entire trip and i intend to stay that way by not using google maps too )

Just completed a 4N package tour to Thailand with family. PickYourTrail experience was really nice starting from discussing the itinerary till the end. First thing I wish to mention is that, *the pick your trail* stands true to their motto " hassle free holidays", it was a dream holiday of Singapore -Bali, for the whole family. From the day I contacted them ( month of feb) & downloaded the app, they were very helpful, first, Mr.Sanjay helped me almost for everything, right from the itinerary to give a good deal & gave a good help to make payments easily, he answered all my queries patiently & made many changes many times in itinerary & dates as I wanted.Thanks to him. Once the tour custodian Mr.Vincent Selva Kumar was assigned, I almost depended on him for everything, he was most helpful & patient with my queries & always(24 7) available & solved them immediately. The whole app*picks your trail* is made very meticulously & perfect. A big thumbs-up to the whole team. They do not leave you in the middle, but always there with you, even abroad! The Singapore stay & all the transfers were very easy & without any problem, the overseas team took very good care. Hotel Mercure Singapore was also very good with good food, they even arranged our early check-in also. All our flight reservations were proper with good options of Singapore airlines. Chitranshu* from the team gave very good guidance for Visa & all, he was very helpful & cooperative. Bali stay at Kuta at Cross vibe pasha* was very good, the hotel is at a very location & with good people, only a small issue, they did not include the child (11 years ) in the complimentary dinner, how come? We had to buy dinner for him that day. Our driver and guide Mr.Subandi "subu"was a very joyful person always there for you, always smiling & happy man! He was always with us and took very good care of us. Thanks to the local ground team also. In Ubud* while setting the itinerary a small point was missed, that is non inclusion of *Ulun danu* temple on the day when we were doing north Bali, as I had unnecessary included it as extra activity on another day & paid extra for it. The issue was promptly solved by the team & I am happy we did it on the day when we visited Handara gate, which is not worth it, as they charge you, even if you step down the coach & try to take out your mobiles! My suggestion is that, you include the iconic temple of *Ulun danu* in the itinerary henceforth. The stay at *Dhankha resort* was excellent. The villas are beautiful & the location is wonderful too! The complimentary dinner(child inclusive) & spa , everything was very good & appreciated. Subu always took us to nice places for lunch & was very friendly, we miss him a lot, I even miss Sanjay, Vincent, Chitranshu who were always there for me online. It was their grand efforts which made our dream holiday come true!! A big thumbs-up to all of them.
