Luxury redefined : A 12 day Vietnam + Cambodia itinerary

(4/5) We recently booked our Vietnam trip through PickYourTrail, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, airport transfers were seamless, and all the activities were well organized. Their support team was responsive whenever we needed assistance, making the trip smooth and stress-free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hotel provided in Ho Chi Minh City didn't meet our expectations. Compared to the other hotels during our trip, it felt below the standard we were expecting and could definitely have been better. Apart from that, everything else was well managed, and we had an amazing time exploring Vietnam. I would happily recommend PickYourTrail to anyone looking for a well-planned international vacation and would consider booking with them again.

Hi, We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. The itinerary was well planned, covering all the major attractions without feeling rushed. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. One suggestion for improvement where we stayed on the last day. The check-in experience could have been more welcoming, as the staff's attitude felt less courteous than at the other hotels. Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel did not feel ideal for a family tour group. Choosing a more family-oriented hotel for future tours would further enhance the overall experience. Apart from this, everything else was excellent

Ho chi Minh stay had a Jacuzzi, Danang stay was a beach front, and the hanoi was in the centre of Old quarters.. I couldn't have chosen it better. We booked a 10-day tour of Vietnam with PYT that included both international and domestic flights, visas, travel insurance, transfers, tours, and hotel accommodation. The Transfers were in high-quality vans (more luxurious) and the drivers were always early. The Hotels that we liaised with PYT were all in excellent locations in every city. Most of the tourist attractions were just within walking distance. The best hotel was in Da Nang which was beach facing and just a 3 min walk to the beach and a 20 min walk to the Dragon Bridge river and night market. This was our first visit to Vietnam and the activities/tours that were planned and arranged were hassle-free and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The app was another best part of our trip which gave us reminders and the 24/7 response to our queries is commendable. Had booked an international trip for Vietnam and Malaysia through Pickyourtrial. I was contacted by one Rishika Rao L who helped me create customised itinerary, as what I was looking for was not present by default in the app. She provided the itinerary along with the names of the contacts in Vietnam and Malaysia. Though sceptical at first with Pickyourtrial, the trip was really smooth and enjoyable. It was hassle free as everything was arranged as per the itinerary and the contacts were very prompt in chucking on us for either transport or any activities mentioned in the itinerary. They also helped us with Visas, which was granted to us without any fuss.

I travelled to Vietnam with my wife and 2 teenage sons this month. And finally, to the Pickyourtrail 24/7 support team via their app, who covered my back right through the trip from start to finish and answered all my queries any time of day/night. The highlight of the trip was the cruise along Halong Bay, it was a breathtaking view, we got to do Kayaking and the cruise was a great experience. Overall, a satisfying and fulfilled trip to Vietnam and many thanks to Pickyourtrail for the itinerary. Will definitely do my next international trip, whenever that happens, via Pickyourtrail.
