Weve just completed our family trip to Singapore and Langkawi with Pick your trail. Overall it was a memorable experience. There were a few misses during the itinerary planning phase. Despite mentioning our preference for certain rides/places several times, they were unfortunately left out from our itenary.We only realised this during the mid of our trip; however, once we reached out to the on-site support team, they proactively addressed the issue along with the sales team and ensured everything was arranged smoothly, which we truly appreciated. Apart from this, everything else was perfectly executed and well managed. Excellent experience with PickYourTrail-Highly recommended!! We booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip with PickYourTrail with my parents, and the entire experience was smooth and well organised from start to finish. Especially the visa process was handled very professionally. A special thanks to Dhayanathan, Abinaya, Adhithyan, Nitya, Devi, anith Praveen. Pickyourtrail has been our go to travel partner and this time they curated a perfect trip for our family to Singapore. It was planned well keeping in mind that we had young kids and timely help was given at all times. Shoutout to Megnaa who helped plan our trip and itinerary, Sarah who took care of bookings and Ashika who helped us even on a sunday morning with tickets and requirements. Truly made a difference having them as our travel partner. Thanks to Dinesh Ram, Ameen, Praveen too. Really enjoyed the trip and had a hassle free vacation as everything was well taken care of!
