Had a wonderful holiday in Australia (Perth and Adelaide) thanks to the customised meticulous arrangements by pickyourtrail team right from travel in Australia, air tickets, activity suggestions and arrangements and hotel booking. Balabharathi was always in touch throughout the 9 day period making sure all minor issues were sorted out and sending reminders of the next day's shchedule. Even when one activity was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, the team quickly acted on my suggestion and made sure the activity took place. My experience with PYT was great. The Visa team(Afrose) answered all my queries and provided proper assistance in getting me the AU visa. There were few misunderstandings with the PYT sales team but SriRaman (account owner) helped clear up all my concerns. On one occasion when one of the internal flights got cancelled as the airlines went under and I wasnt aware of the cancellation, he took initiative in getting me tickets on another airline even though it was a holiday for him. The support team followed up with me regularly during the trip to see if I needed any assistance. Overall, it was a good trip and I enjoyed it.

Feedback for Pickyourtrail (8/10): Pros: The service was truly impeccableby far the best I have experienced in the travel industry. The speed of response from Chandana was phenomenal, and I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. The tailor-made itinerary from Evans was perfectly suited to our needs. A standout feature was the 24*7 supportyou could text them anytime during the trip with any doubt, and they were always quick to respond. Cons: The hotel in Melbourne, while having a good room, lacked housekeeping, which was a bit of a drawback. Additionally, more guidance on the nightlife in Australia would have been helpful, especially noting that most places close around 5-6 PM. Some insights into the actual city vibes would have enhanced the experience. Another issue was with the Boxing Day Test match. We were promised Day 1 tickets, but they got sold out, and we had to settle for Day 2 tickets instead, which was a bit of compromise. Overall, a great trip organized with top-notch service, and I look forward to planning future vacations with Pickyourtrail!

Our trip to Australia was arranged by Pick your Trails. Every step of the process was very smooth right from planning the right itinerary and the bookings to co ordination. All thanks to Lio for customising the tour based on our preferences. The visa process was very fast and smooth & visa was approved in very short time.All the trip vouchers were shared well in advance and Chandana was so good in explaining all the details and she was always in touch all along the trip no matter what time we reached out. The app support is excellent as there is always someone help co ordinate things 24/7 . Even if its for any small information, the details were given immediately. The customised tours which are planned were always on the right time schedule and we enjoyed them very much . The Great Ocean Road trip and The Blue Mountains trip was amazing .Visit to the Gold Coast was very fun with the movie world and Sea world theme parks. All the airport and hotel pick up and drops were done smoothly . The transport co ordination was right on point. We felt very comfortable throughout the tour.Special mention to Shreya Menon for the updates and she kept checking on us whole time till we arrived home safe Overall a great experience with Pick your Trails and would choose them in future and surely recommend to friends and family
