We went on a 15 day long trip to Germany and Austria with pickyourtrail, and absolutely loved our experience! Right from designing the itinerary to the follow up after the trip everything went smooth! Yes, we had a few hiccups during the process, which is common to any travel agency, but we had a peace of mind irrespective, because we had 100% trust that pickyourtrail will do everything in their reach to make our experience as enjoyable as possible! Very clean, seamless and hassle-free, just as they promised. Kudos to Prathana and Hari Krishna for helping me plan it out quickly within a couple of days and ensuring i got the best possible pricing! And I really appreciate the on support team who helped out with any and every query I had, even last minute wheelchair support at the airport! It felt like I was travelling to a known country- that's the assurance they gave me. And a special thanks to Divya Darshini from on trip, who stayed on chat through the trip, checking in daily to ensure everything is fine and that we are enjoying. Very approachable and it was like having a friend back home who was backing you up. Deeply appreciate the land support and operation team as well for exceptional efforts to make it a stress free vacation!
