We went on a 15 day long trip to Germany and Austria with pickyourtrail, and absolutely loved our experience! Right from designing the itinerary to the follow up after the trip everything went smooth! Yes, we had a few hiccups during the process, which is common to any travel agency, but we had a peace of mind irrespective, because we had 100% trust that pickyourtrail will do everything in their reach to make our experience as enjoyable as possible! Weve just completed our family trip to Singapore and Langkawi with Pick your trail. Overall it was a memorable experience. There were a few misses during the itinerary planning phase. Despite mentioning our preference for certain rides/places several times, they were unfortunately left out from our itenary.We only realised this during the mid of our trip; however, once we reached out to the on-site support team, they proactively addressed the issue along with the sales team and ensured everything was arranged smoothly, which we truly appreciated. Apart from this, everything else was perfectly executed and well managed. Huge shout out to Mahalakshmi and Bala from On-site support team and Chitranshu from the Visa processing support team.
