Motodups are your best option if you require a ride late in the night. They don't have meters, so negotiate the rate before getting on board.

Renting your own motorbike or car is a great idea in Cambodia. There are numerous motorbike rental stores in Phnom Penh. You can get a 100cc scooter for USD 4 to 7.
