Bali is a Southeast Asian country located in Indonesia. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations to enjoy the best with your friends and family. Every traveller visiting Bali from India should acquire a Bali visa, which should be approved by the Indonesian Embassy. If you are travelling to Bali on a vacation trip then you can avail the on arrival visa at the Bali airport. When applying for a visa, make sure that your passport has a validity of at least 6 months. There are two types of tourist visas available for Indian citizens travelling to Bali. The first is a 30-day tourist visa, and the second is a 30 to 60-day tourist visa.
Every traveller visiting Bali should provide a valid COVID vaccination certificate reflecting that the passenger is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO (Covishield, Covaxin, and Pfizer) before the arrival in Bali. Non-vaccinated travellers should provide a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure to Bali.
As an Indian citizen, the visitor is exempt from needing a visa before the departure. On the arrival to Bali, the traveller would be given a visa extension stamp indicating on how many days the traveller would be staying in Bali. This visa extension stamp functions similar to the other regular visa, allowing the visitor to stay not more than 30 days in Bali.
As an Indian citizen, who is travelling for a social and cultural cause needs to get a B-211 visa on arrival. This visa allows the applicant to stay in Bali for 30 to 60 days of time. The duration of this visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. The traveller can also extend the duration of the validity of the visa with a sponsor letter produced by an Indonesian citizen.
