Hi It was wonderful 4 days, the hospitality , food, room service was spectacular. Rithitha has connected in each single day from start to end of our journey, she connect with us on every single day along with ASHF, We will gladly recommend your services to our family and friends. We look forward to planning another trip in the future. 1st day ASHF has allow us to early check in Unexpected room upgrade from garden villa to ocean with a beautiful room and mind blowing view. The spa, bar food, boat ride was really amazing. Today lunch charges was told us before for 4 person at 30$ per head but ASHF charged for 2 person for only 60$. Even in kids zone staff also allow us to enjoy our kids to play for few hours after checkout. Best part always smile on every ASHF person All these moments become my tour unforgettable. This was my second trip with Pick Your Trail, and overall, I had a good experience. What I appreciate the most is how seamlessly the trip is managed, especially during the travel phase with regular follow-ups and support calls. One area of improvement would be the communication process, as it is mostly app-dependent and we are often asked to chat through the app, where responses can sometimes be delayed. Having a dedicated person consistently available throughout the process would make the experience much smoother. Despite a few gaps in itinerary planning and coordination, the team was quick to resolve issues during the trip, and a special mention to Keertana for her excellent support throughout the journey.

Hi,Thanks For the wonderful arrangements,We traveled with elders,we didn't even wait for the transportation to travel from one place to another.Everthing was well planned.We were also given a city tour with a guide,she was very informative and kindful. A small suggestion,regarding the Visa process was completed very close to the date of travel,but we got the visas..but we were thrilled to get it...But it was good experience..On the whole it was fantabulous experience..Thanks for the entire Team for making it happen..
