My experience with PYT was great. The Visa team(Afrose) answered all my queries and provided proper assistance in getting me the AU visa. There were few misunderstandings with the PYT sales team but SriRaman (account owner) helped clear up all my concerns. On one occasion when one of the internal flights got cancelled as the airlines went under and I wasnt aware of the cancellation, he took initiative in getting me tickets on another airline even though it was a holiday for him. The support team followed up with me regularly during the trip to see if I needed any assistance. Overall, it was a good trip and I enjoyed it.Divya R, Trip to Australia
