Treasuring Every Moment of Our Honeymoon In Maldives

Here is the story of wedding: We got married amidst the COVID 19 pandemic. And, it was as beautiful as you could imagine. With very fewer relatives and friends around, we had a very small wedding. Later, travel was still banned so we had to cancel our Honeymoon. Although we did everything that we could relax, Honeymoon was a long-distance dream for us. Tell me, why aren’t we lucky enough to go for a Honeymoon just like other couples? We spent our days working from home, binge-watching TV serials, home baking and celebrating ‘our’ little moments. Later in October, Shriram and I checked on the web which countries have opened borders to travel. And the Maldives unlocked its borders! Wow, what a relief! That’s when we decided to go on a Maldives honeymoon. And believe me, the rest was all taken care of by Pickyourtrail.

Being 2020’s favourite Honeymoon destination, Maldives didn’t fail to surprise us. The white-sandy beaches, salubrious climate, courteous staff, delicious food made us fall in love with the Island. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of waves. And during the time of sunset, Shriram and I grabbed a cup of tea and sat by our villa’s entrance to enjoy the natural bliss. Indeed a fantastic Holiday, right?
