On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. The hotels booked were very good and the local taxi drivers were helpful. Rahul from Pickyourtrail was constantly in touch and followed up with us regularly. We went on 8 day family trip to Sri Lanka with PYT, our first time with them. The service provided was excellent, right from the planning of the tour itinerary to the hotel bookings and transits in between. A big thanks to my tour coordinators harini, sukanya, shreya, rushabh and vignesh. Looking forward to many more hassle free holidays with PYT.
