Pre-trip experience: Before Mr. Ajit's involvement, I would rate the booking process 2/5, but after his intervention, it improved significantly to 4.5/5. On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. There was one property that was poorly maintained, with insect issues, but Pick Your Trail, particularly Mr. Dinesh, promptly helped arrange alternate accommodation at short notice. We went on 8 day family trip to Sri Lanka with PYT, our first time with them. The service provided was excellent, right from the planning of the tour itinerary to the hotel bookings and transits in between. A big thanks to my tour coordinators harini, sukanya, shreya, rushabh and vignesh. Looking forward to many more hassle free holidays with PYT.
