I am an avid traveller and have taken help from many travel agencies over the years. I just came back after a month long trip from Italy and Switzerland planned by pick your trail and every bit of it has been fantastic! The team did an amazing job in understanding my requirements, likes and dislikes and planned the perfect itinerary for me. They didn't just save me the hassle of booking and planning the vacation but they ensured I had all the necessary vouchers in one place and were constantly available throughout the trip to answer any question I had or help me out in case I got stuck. Special shout out to Adharsh for putting up with my unruly timings and requests to ensure I made it through the airport and Sai for being my google map, interpreter, zomato and uber - all in one whenever I was stuck with slow internet and ensuring everything was in order every single day!
