**Exceptional Experience with PickYourTrail - Baku & Vietnam!** I recently completed my second trip with PickYourTrail, this time to Baku, and it was just as incredible as my first trip to Vietnam. Both experiences were seamless, well-planned, and filled with unforgettable memories. Excellent service. Arranged a great trip for us to Vietnam with everything thought through in advance. The booking process was easy and efficient. Team was reachable at all times even during the trip on the rare occasion that I needed. Very professional. Look forward to more trips with PYT and readily recommend of course.

Had a wonderful experience for the Singapore trip. The Best trip. The way PYT coordinated at every step is commendable. There were no hiccups in my entire journey. They also provide complementary stuffs on your ongoing trip. WhatsApp group gets created when you are about to start tour trip. They reply in less than 2 mins in case you are stuck somewhere. I recently used PYT services for my recent visit to Vietnam. What made me choose PYT?: PYT promptly followed up with phone calls and emails after I filled a form on their website. PYT literally made it easy for me to customize every single aspect of my visit. A huge plus point here. Ease to choose your free time, your own tour is fantastic. PYT allowed me to easily add whatever I want in the app and provided a lot of choices. Great advantage here! Prices were also similar to what was offered at other places, so good job on that. VISA and domestic flights were handled by PYT. A day before my trip, a WhatsApp group was created with PYT and their Vietnamese counterparts. My pick up details were provided prior to departure and the driver was present as soon as I was out of the airport. All local tour details were informed a day prior and everything mentioned in the itinerary was covered satisfactorily. Had the same good experience with all other transport, tours and domestics flight. No areas to complain. I am someone who always plan my own trips. Shared tours always has its disadvantage. You need to be ready at the decided time, you may find some interesting places where you would like to spend more time and you are forced to leave due to schedule, some places where you are done early but you need to wait for other tourists. This happened on this tour as well. I had less time at few places forcing me to wind up soon and had lots of time at places leaving me waiting for other tourists to return. We were also taken to a pearl and agar wood boutique which was not a part of the itinerary. It was a big sales pitch to purchase overpriced pearls and agarwood jewellery. We were just left there with no idea where the exit is and were shown overpriced stuff over and over again. We did not sign-up for this. This is similar to the Indian auto-rickshaw/tuktuk scam "pay me less but I will take you to a store-just see, don't buy anything" kind of thing. What could be improved? My initial hotel was changed at the last minute (said that the hotel management changed, so it was only the change in hotel name). Initial tour guide was waiting for me at another hotel. We were searching for each other for sometime before we realized that we were at different locations. The tour guide then asked me to share my location and arrived after sometime. This could have been avoided. Not a big deal though, but this would have impacted the other patrons participating in the shared tour. It would be better to provide a list of hotels as well as options just like the option for available tours. This way it makes it easier to choose a hotel of my choice. I had to contact my advisor to modify hotels/room types. It's just easier to provide a few options and choose one instead of talking on the phone to decide on hotel and room type. Pro Travelers: The other things like transfers from/to hotel or anywhere in between, there are apps like Grab. If you want local tours, you can use klook or GetYourGuide. You can find all entry tickets, day trips and events for decent prices. We may book hotels on Booking.com, Agoda or anything else. If you would like something hassle free, everything booked and ready for you, I would recommend PYT. Just pack your bags and only decide on what to do in your free time, like shopping. Everything else is pre-planned and well taken care of. I would also recommend using PYT if you are visiting a country for the first time since you wouldn't know how well things work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with PYT. Everything promised were fulfilled. If I need to use services or if someone asks me for recommendations for travel, PYT would be my first choice. PYT's app and website is also great. A lot of information and customizability helps planning your tours very well to a granular level.

We planned our vacation to Malaysia and Singapore with PYT. Our trip planner Andrew Kevin was polite and professional. He helped us plan a customised itinerary. I would like to give a shout out to Kevin for his patience and guidance. Overall it was a good trip, everything was well managed and we received timely updates. The communication and coordination by PYT and the ground team was EXCELLENT throughout the trip. The main issue we had was with the hotel in Singapore, it was extremely small and not practical for a couple. The bedroom was cramped, the bathroom basically consisted of a washbasin and a toilet. There was no additional space or dedicated shower area in the bathroom and we had to somehow manage for 3 days. It was truly a BAD experience. The room in Kuala Lumpur was adequate and equipped with essentials and the room in Langkawi was spacious and equipped with essentials as well. Another issue we had during our trip was the location of the hotels from Bricksfield (Kuala Lumpur) and Little India (Singapore). We are vegetarians and it's very difficult to find any Indian or Veg cuisine anywhere in Malaysia or Singapore except at areas like Bricksfield and Little India . Due to this we had to travel each day for dinner and few days for lunch between our room and the restaurants using Grab and that added another 6-7K INR across 9 days in expenses for us. If the hotels provided to us by PYT were located at or in the vicinity of these areas, it would have saved us some valuable time and the additional cost. Apart from this, everything else was great!
