Seychelles, an archipelago of 115 islands situated 1500 KMs from the eastern point of Africa, is a Slice of heaven with world-class Beaches, Spectacular Coral reefs and beautiful Nature reserves. La Digue, which is the fourth largest island in Seychelles and the third most populated, lies 50 KMs North-East of the main island Mahe. This island was first settled in 1789 by the french who left an everlasting impression of old-world charm. It must be noted that there is no airport on this island so international travellers have to land at the main city of Victoria and get to La Digue via the ferry options available. Anse Source d’Argen is the most beautiful beach on this island and arguably in the world. This beach also reputed as the most photographed beach in the world is the most favourite of tourists. With its crystal clear blue sapphire waters, white sand, and sculpted granite boulders it is a dream come true for any photographer or traveller just looking for stunning photo opportunities.

The sea at this beach is sheltered by the coral reefs making the waters serene and shallow making it the best beach for a good swim and other fun activities. This is a protected site, to preserve the natural beauty and therefore there are no hotels on this beach, but visitors can easily get hotels on islands nearby and plan day trips to this beach with lots of fun activities.
